We keep the trademark search and registration process as smooth as possible. Our simple online search function lets you conduct a free initial search to find out whether your preferred trademark is available. The free search is limited to identical matches and excludes similar results, so we would advise against registering a mark based on the results of an identical search, as similar marks may lead to oppositions.
Comprehensive Global Trademark Search Report
We can also conduct and produce a comprehensive trademark clearance search report in all serviced jurisdictions worldwide. This report uses a complex algorithm to identify 99%+ of confusingly similar marks, providing a more accurate picture of your chance of success.
Attorney Recommendation
As no automated service is as extensive as a search performed by an experienced trademark lawyer, our Attorney’s can also review the results of the report and provide you with an Attorney Recommendation for an additional fee.

Wendy is an expert in her field; supporting large and small businesses in the protection of IP Rights in both the commercial and R&D setting. She advises clients on the protection, and management of IP rights, as well as in-sourcing and out-sourcing licensing arrangements. Ben is an New York licensed attorney with experience in intellectual property law. Ben advises clients across the world on protecting their copyrights and trademarks under US law.
